Why I'm Developing Creative Education
Throughout my professional career, I've benefited from professional development, coaching and opportunities to reflect and grow. . As an emerging glass artist, I've also recognised that independent artists and makers don't always have access to the same opportunities.
I want to help bridge that gap by developing workshops, coaching and facilitated groups that support artists' resilience, reflective practice and professional growth.
I'm drawing on nearly 25 years of experience in leadership, learning and development, coaching and facilitation, alongside my own experience of building a creative practice, to help bridge that gap.
